RESOURCES
TEAM
CBP Environmental offers a talented team of planning, construction, and management professionals, along with experienced field employees. It is because of this team we have earned the distinct reputation for the quality of our work and the ease with which we take a project from concept to completion. In addition, our office support staff, logistics division and maintenance division supplement and support all the work that goes into completing a successful project for our clients. At CBP our people are the heart and driving force behind everything we do.
EQUIPMENT
CBP Environmental boasts an expansive fleet of heavy equipment manufactured by the world’s largest maker of construction equipment, Caterpillar®. We pride ourselves on our top-of-the-line, late model equipment which numbers in the hundreds. Additionally, our fleet is outfitted with the latest innovative technology including GPS machine control and laser augmented grade systems. Our fleet is well cared for by over 25 highly trained and expert mechanics who can service our projects located throughout the Southeast at a moment’s notice.
GPS TECHNOLOGY
CBP Environmental is proud of our standing as one of the early adopters of Global Positioning Software (GPS) equipment in our fleet. This state-of-the-art technology allows us to more efficiently and accurately complete projects by taking the project plans, converting them to an electronic file and building a site model. The model is then uploaded into our tractor or bulldozer’s GPS unit and the screen shows the operator how to build the site, without the use of a surveyor. Our site supervisors also carry handheld GPS units to further ensure job accuracy.
DRONE TECHNOLOGY
CBP Environmental utilizes industry leading technology on all our projects. Our md4-1000 microdrone offers the latest aerial surveying solution technology, giving CBP the ability to conquer large surveying or mapping projects in a fraction of the usual time, and with increased accuracy. In addition, we also have the newly released and much smaller, DJI Phantom 4 RTK which offers the latest in technology, and is easy to set up, take down and operate due to its smaller size. CBP also has a licensed drone pilot who is an expert at safely operating our drones and interpreting the data that is captured.
MAINTENANCE FACILITY
Headquartered in the same complex as our corporate office, the CBP Environmental Maintenance Facility comes complete with a 12-bay, 30,000 square foot maintenance building to service our expansive fleet. Additional offerings within our maintenance facility complex include a welding bay, fabrication area, fueling center, fueling station, storage hangar, and “the yard” to house our fleet of service vehicles and heavy equipment. The location of our facility makes us centrally located to service clients with ease in our home state, as well as throughout the Southeast.
LOGISTICS
CBP Environmental utilizes our in-house logistics department, CBP Logistics, to transport our equipment to job sites located throughout the Southeast. Based out of our corporate office complex, the logistics division operates a full fleet of transportation vehicles which include service trucks, tanker trucks and tractor trailers. Our logistics division further enhances our ability to maximize effectiveness on our projects due to the ease with which we can add equipment to the job by replacing existing equipment or by adding more pieces to the fleet on-site for maximum production.
